Instructions

  4. Return the same skillet to the stove over medium-high heat. Ensure it is dry.
  5. Add the olive oil and unsalted butter to the pan. Once the butter is melted and shimmering, add the grated garlic. Sauté for 30-60 seconds until fragrant and just beginning to turn golden.
  6. Add the drained green beans to the pan. Season with additional kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
